Chevy Silverado Owner Gets Transmission and Transfer Case Repaired

A selection of Ralph's technicians holding up various awards.Donald drives a 2000 Chevy Silverado. He first came to Ralph’s Transmission last October because his truck would not go into reverse gear. After our transmission technicians inspected it, there were many internal transmission problems found. The torque converter, sun shell, clutch and rear planetary gear were all damaged, just to name a few things.

Donald had us rebuild the entire transmission because it was the best solution with so much internal damage. We replaced all the worn and failing parts with new ones and completely rebuilt the transmission from the ground up to make sure it was running like new again. All transmission rebuilds at Ralph’s Transmission are backed by our 3 Year, 100,000 Mile Warranty, which provided Donald with added peace of mind when he left the shop.

About a month later, Donald returned because he noticed there was a fluid leak coming from his truck’s transfer case. We were able to replace the worn front output seal and damaged bolt, as well as top off the transfer case fluid.

“The customer service was exceptional,” Donald says in his Google review of Ralph’s Transmission. “The work was done well and it was done quickly. Thankful for their service.”

Customer service is always our number one priority at Ralph’s Transmission. We are grateful to Donald for putting his faith in our team and for taking the time to write a review. If you have been to our shop recently, we highly encourage you post a review on Facebook, Yelp or Google. It helps us to hear your feedback and keeps us focused on providing the best customer service around.
