Chevy Silverado Driver Gets Transmission Rebuilt at Ralph’s Transmission
Hannah drives a 2018 Chevy Silverado and noticed that her transmission was slipping when shifting between lower gears. She reached out to multiple auto shops before ultimately calling Ralph’s Transmission in Modesto for a specialized transmission inspection.
“HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Very professional and respectful,” Hannah says. “I called them Monday as I was literally dropping my truck off to a different shop. The way Bri carried herself over the phone just made me feel at ease, like I had trust in them and that my truck was going to be in good hands. I had never met them nor am I from Modesto. She told me I could bring it in right then and there and offered free towing.”
After our transmission technicians performed diagnostic tests and a physical inspection of the transmission, it was discovered that the torque converter was damaged along with several other internal components. Our recommendation was to rebuild the transmission.
All damaged and worn parts were replaced and all healthy components were professionally cleaned. Our rebuild specialists rebuilt the transmission from the ground up before reinstalling it in her truck and testing to make sure everything was working properly.
“BOOOOY DID THEY DELIVER EXCELLENT SERVICE!” adds Hannah. “She kept in contact with me everyday and by Wednesday my truck was ready for pick up. I’m so thankful for all they did. I will be sending everyone I know to this shop as well as continuing my transmission services through them, even if I have to drive to Modesto. I honestly can’t say enough how satisfied I am with Ralph’s Transmission.”
Thank you for the kind words, Hannah. We are glad we were able to help you with a tough situation and remember your rebuilt transmission is covered by our 3 Year, 100,000 Mile Warranty.
