Chevy Silverado Owner Gets Transmission and Transfer Case Repaired

Donald drives a 2000 Chevy Silverado. He first came to Ralph’s Transmission last October because his truck would not go into reverse gear. After our transmission technicians inspected it, there were many internal transmission problems found. The torque converter, sun shell, clutch and rear planetary gear were all damaged, just to name a few things.

Donald had us rebuild the entire transmission because it was the best solution with so much internal damage. We replaced all the worn and failing parts with new ones and completely rebuilt the transmission from the ground up to make sure it was running like new again.
