Past Ralph’s Transmission Customer Provides Update on Rebuilt Transmission

Jeremy first visited Ralph’s Transmission in Modesto back in 2017. He had the transmission rebuilt in his 2007 Chrysler Town and Country. The minivan had over 100,000 miles on it and the transmission had significant internal damage, including a failing torque converter and gear bearings. Our transmission rebuild specialists replaced all the bad parts and rebuilt the transmission from the ground up to make sure it was running like new again.

Every transmission rebuild we perform at Ralph’s Transmission is backed by our industry-leading 3 Year, 100,000 Mile Warranty that covers all parts and repairs. Jeremy did return to the shop in 2019 when he thought he might have a transmission problem. However, it turned out not to be a transmission issue after the vehicle was thoroughly inspected and tested by our technicians. Even if no repairs were performed, Jeremy drove away with peace of mind that his rebuilt transmission was still running properly.

Since that very first visit, Jeremy has also brought in a couple other family vehicles for standard transmission maintenance services. He knows he can always trust the team at Ralph’s Transmission to take care of him and his cars.

Recently, we were very pleased to hear from Jeremy when he shared a comment on one of our Facebook posts:

“You guys did a phenomenal job on the transmission on my van a few years ago,” Jeremy wrote. “Still works like the day I picked it up from you.”

Our team was so happy to hear that your transmission is still running great all these years later. It goes to show the commitment to quality with which we approach everything we do at Ralph’s Transmission. Whether it’s a full custom transmission rebuild or routine maintenance and minor repairs, we treat every job with the respect and care it deserves.

“There is no other shop in Modesto I’ll trust with any kind of transmission repair or maintenance,” Jeremy adds. “You guys are my transmission shop.”

Jeremy, it was great to hear from you and thank you for sharing an update on your Chrysler. We’re always here to help anytime you need us ever again.
