Ralph’s Transmission is Here to Help

People are dealing with so much right now as we band together to fight and do our part to help minimize the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus). Ralph’s Transmission is here to help our customers throughout the Central Valley with their transmission needs.

Essential Services

Despite many people staying at home and self-quarantining, there are still plenty out there on the road. There are workers in the medical field, emergency response, food industry and other essential service businesses who need to go to work every day. Work trucks and service vehicles are also more vital than ever. Everyone else still needs their vehicles to get around as needed, whether it’s going to the store for necessary supplies or taking care of family members at risk. That’s why most service stations and auto shops are remaining open during this time to provide “essential” automotive services to our community. However, it’s not exactly business as usual. We are adapting to plenty of changes just like everyone else right now, so we ask for your patience and we assure you that we will take care of you and your vehicle.

The entire team at Ralph’s Transmission is ready to serve you however we can. Please check out our blog article from last week about the safety and sanitization precautions we are taking at the shop. The health and wellbeing of our customers and our staff are of the utmost importance.

Getting Your Vehicle to the Shop

Though we are suspending any rideshare services for the time being to help with social distancing practices, we are doing our best to work with each and every customer. We recommend that you call our service advisors at 209-526-1909 before bringing your car into the shop. This will help us keep things as organized as possible and avoid rushes. More importantly, we’ll be able to work with you to determine the best solution for getting your vehicle to and from Ralph’s Transmission for transmission maintenance or repairs. We have always offered free towing for anyone within 30 miles of our downtown Modesto shop.

If you are feeling sick or are in a high-risk group—or if your vehicle is not running safely—please stay at home and call us. We’ll make whatever arrangements necessary to schedule a vehicle inspection and any transmission services that are needed. If you are busy at work and can’t make it to the shop, call us and we’ll help the best we can. We also offer special financing programs if cost is a concern during these uncertain times.

How Can We Help You?

The point is, Ralph’s Transmission is here to help our friends and neighbors in the Central Valley community however we can. Call us today at 209-526-1909 or schedule your service appointment online.
