Isaac drives a 2012 GMC Sierra 1500. Last year, he was experiencing major transmission problems. He brought his truck into Ralph’s Transmission for a full inspection and diagnosis. Unfortunately, the vehicle had significant internal transmission damage. The torque converter was failing along with a number of other critical components.

Recently, Isaac noticed some strange vibrations in his GMC truck when it was idling. Something was rattling and causing vibrations. Once our technicians got the vehicle up on the lift, they quickly discovered the problem and it was an easy fix. One of the exhaust clamps was loose. They tightened it back up and got Isaac back on the road, vibration-free!
