ERIKA ALCAZAR JOINS THE RALPH’S TRANSMISSION CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM

We’re proud to announce that Erika Alcazar has recently joined the Ralph’s Transmission service team. She has been hired on as our new Service Advisor. She will be working the front desk at our shop and helping customers with all their transmission maintenance and repair needs. Customer service is so important to us at Ralph’s Transmission, so Erika will play a vital role in making sure our customers are treated right.

Erika’s duties will include helping customers make informed decisions about any transmission repairs or rebuilds that needs to be done. She writes up the work orders and communicates directly with the technicians in the shop, so she can keep customers up-to-date throughout the process.

Erika comes to Ralph’s Transmission from Express Transmissions up in Stockton. That shop was actually owned previously by Mario & Maria Jauregui, who are the owners of Ralph’s Transmission in Modesto now. Erika worked up there for 7.5 years. In fact, the Jaureguis originally hired Erika when she started there. They know each other well and Mario & Maria know from personal experience that Erika will be a great addition to the team. She is a hard worker, she is extremely sharp, she brings a very positive energy to the shop and she knows her stuff.

“I love the working environment that Mario & Maria have built here,” Erika says. “It means a lot to me to be working for a family owned and operated business.”

Erika grew up in Milpitas. Eventually, she moved to Manteca and then to Stockton, where she has lived for the last several years with her fiancé, Ismael, who is a transmission technician himself. Together, they are raising three children and two grandchildren. In her free time, Erika enjoys spending time with her family and traveling to new places whenever possible.
