Chrysler Owner Appreciates the Ralph’s Transmission 3 Year, 100,000 Mile Warranty
Back in 2017, Angie noticed some transmission problems with her 2008 Chrysler Town & Country minivan. After doing some research online, she decided to bring her vehicle into Ralph’s Transmission in Modesto for a free transmission inspection. The inspection revealed a torque converter failure and a worn low drum, which had cause some additional internal transmission damage. The recommendation was to perform a full custom rebuild of the transmission in our shop.
All transmission rebuilds we complete at Ralph’s Transmission are backed by our 3 Year, 100,000 Mile Warranty. We stand behind our work and we want our customers to know they’ll be taken care of if any complications arise. Such was the case for Angie when just recently she began noticing some issues. The check engine light had come on and the minivan wasn’t shifting into gear consistently.
This time, some new problems had developed including the front planetary bearing, direct clutch piston and check ball. All of these parts were covered by our warranty, so we took care of these repairs free of charge. During this process, our technicians did notice that the rear main engine seal needed to be replaced along with some other axle components not related to the transmission. Angie had us take care of it all and was grateful for the Ralph’s Transmission warranty program.
“5 words: ‘3 Year, 100,000 Mile Warranty,'” Angie writes in her recent Google review. “Ralph’s did an incredible job on my transmission and 2 years later when it had trouble again they completed the work at no cost to me. In fact the day I dropped it off they looked at it and called me to say it was all covered under my warranty. One of the best warranties I’ve ever heard of.”
Almost all repairs and services performed at Ralph’s Transmission are covered by warranty, including the 3 Year, 100,000 Mile Warranty on full custom transmission rebuilds. If you’ve been to our shop and experience further problems on a warrantied repair, just let us know and we’ll take care of it!
“They were thorough, professional and courteous to me during the whole process,” Angie adds. “I would highly recommend them to anyone needing transmission work!”
