LOCAL BUSINESS OWNER TURNS TO RALPH’S TRANSMISSION FOR FLEET REPAIRS

We deal with many service vehicles at Ralph’s Transmission. Whether it’s one of our priority fleet accounts or a one-time repair, we understand how important these vehicles are to your business or civil services. If they are not out on the road, you lose productivity. That’s why it’s so important to have a local Central Valley transmission repair and maintenance shop that you can trust.

Michael discovered the Ralph’s Transmission difference last year when he brought one of his company’s service vans into our shop for some transmission repairs. When another one of his vehicles—a 2010 Chevrolet Express—began experiencing significant transmission problems recently, Michael knew exactly who to turn to.

“Another one of our vans had a serious transmission problem last week,” Michael says in his online review. “Mario [Jauregui, Owner] got it in immediately at 4:45 to inspect it. They gave my technician an Uber ride home so we didn’t have to find him a ride…Thank you.”

Making sure our customers can get rides to and from the shop is just something we like to do in order to make the experience as smooth as possible. At Ralph’s Transmission, it’s all about providing the highest quality of service possible.

Once our technicians were able to perform a thorough inspection and perform diagnostic tests on Michael’s company van, numerous problems were found. The 3-4 clutch had completely failed and other significant internal damage was discovered. The only course of action was to recommend a full custom transmission rebuild backed by our 3 Year, 100,000 Mile Warranty.

“They got me a diagnosis within hours along with a cost total including a couple of extra unrealized issues that they noticed needing attention,” Michael adds. “It’s not like they were trying to upsell anything, just making me aware of things that need attention at some point. That kind of observance is appreciated because parked vans don’t earn income.”

You can be sure our technicians are very thorough and it’s pretty common for them to find something that isn’t associated with the main problem being inspected. Our goal is to make sure our customers know everything they can about their vehicle(s), so they can make informed decisions about which repairs they want done now and which can wait until later to deal with.

“I had all repair issues taken care of for the price I was quoted and was ready the day that I was told it would be,” Michael concludes. “It is nice to be able to trust a transmission shop. Thanks again to everybody at Ralph’s Transmission.”

Thank you, Michael, for sharing your story. We are here to help if any of your other service vans or company vehicles need transmission repairs or maintenance. Just give Ralph’s Transmission a call at 209.526.1909 or schedule your service appointment online.
