Recently, a customer came into the Ralph’s Transmission shop in Modesto. Traci’s transmission was in need of repairs, so she searched on Yelp! to find the best transmission shop around. She was blown away by the positive reviews about Ralph’s Transmission. The customer was greeted by owner Mario Jauregui, who walked her into his office and explained the diagnostic process. Once the diagnostics were complete and the transmission problems were detected, he then sat her down again to fully explain what repairs were needed and what costs would be involved. “The explanation of our diagnostic and repairs needed to the transmission were so comprehendible, I was able to explain it to my husband,” Traci adds.
“We believe in a personal approach to service,” Mario says. “We want the customer to understand what’s happening and why, so they can make informed decisions on trusting us with a minor transmission repair or full transmission rebuild. That’s why I always sit down personally with each customer to walk them through every step of the diagnostic and repair process.”
