RALPH’S TRANSMISSION WELCOMES HAPPY CUSTOMER TO THE MODESTO COMMUNITY

Jeff is still relatively new to Modesto, so he is still getting to know the community and our local businesses. He discovered Ralph’s Transmission when he needed a standard transmission service on his 2013 Dodge Ram 1500.

“I’m new to Modesto. My wife and I moved here last July after living in the Bay Area all my life,” Jeff says in his online review. “We are very happy with our experiences in Modesto and find it a great place to be retired. I was involved in a family business for 30 years, so I am always looking for family-run independent businesses to give my money to. I found Ralph’s online an was pleasantly surprised.”

“The day I came in to drop off my truck for service, Mario [Jauregui, owner] and his two associates were seated at the counter,” Jeff adds. “I introduced myself and he rose and shook my hand. At that point I knew I was in the right place. The staff was friendly and competent.”

Jeff came in for a standard transmission service, which includes replacement of the transmission filter and transmission fluid. During that process, we also will perform a detailed external inspection of the transmission to make sure there are no points of concern. If a problem is found, we want to let the customer know what is wrong and what kind of repairs we would recommend. In Jeff’s case, the transmission was in good shape. We replaced the transmission fluid and filter, while also resetting the service light on his dashboard.

“If all my future business dealings with other companies are as pleasant as the one at Ralph’s, I will be a lucky man,” Jeff concludes.
