Transmission Digest is one of the transmission industry’s leading publications. They just released their May 2016 issue and it features a 3-page article about Ralph’s Transmission as one of the lead stories. “I was so honored when the editor called me and asked to do a feature story about our shop,” says Mario Jauregui, owner of Ralph’s. “It’s amazing how much growth and positive publicity we’ve already received since we took over the shop last year. It shows that all the marketing we’ve done and the level of service we aim to provide have made a major difference.”

Ralph’s Transmission originally opened in 1969, and the article talks about how new owners, Mario and Maria Jauregui, wanted to return it to those original values. From the new logo to the company motto of “A Commitment to Quality Since 1969,” the idea was to create a retro-modern appeal. Ralph’s Transmission believes in a classic approach to customer service with a personal touch.

At the same time, they are focused on implementing new ideas and innovative strategies to push the shop into the future. These include the major renovations done to the building, including the 18 brand new lifts and hi-tech equipment, the incredible 3 Year, 100,000 Mile Warranty, the specialized customer management software Mario had commissioned, and the unique flat fee pricing structure for all transmission rebuilds done in-house by their expert staff.
