It’s easy to understand why Mark was frustrated. “I had my transmission done at the beginning of last year [at a different shop],” he says. “The transmission broke down six months later. I tried getting a hold of the mechanic who fixed it, but he never returned my calls.”

They inspected and cleaned every component that was still in good shape, while replacing the damaged components. The entire transmission was rebuilt from the ground up and reinstalled in the car by one of our R&R Specialists. Then it went through another diagnostic check and a thorough road test to make sure it was running like new again.
