RALPH’S TRANSMISSION HELPS CLASSIC CAR OWNER WITH LEAKY TRANSMISSION

At Ralph’s Transmission, we work with all different types of vehicles. From service trucks and RVs to classic cars and modern luxury sports cars, we can handle any type of automobile.

When our repeat customer, Dave, recently brought his beautiful 1965 Ford Mustang into our Downtown Modesto shop, our mechanics were excited to take on the challenge. After all, everybody here loves working on classic muscle cars like this.

Dave came in because he noticed his Mustang was leaking transmission fluid. “My 50-year-old car really needed help,” he says. He had brought the car in previously for a clutch replacement and other transmission services, so he knew he could count on Ralph’s Transmission for excellent service.

After a thorough external inspection of the transmission, it was discovered that it was leaking from several different spots. This is fairly common with older cars. The seals, gaskets and bearings will wear out over time and need to be replaced. Once the transmission was disassembled, it was found that the front bearing was the biggest culprit for the leaking transmission fluid. Ralph’s replaced that bearing and resealed all the worn gaskets. The transmission was reinstalled, the car was road tested and no more leaking was detected.

Dave was very happy that the problem was fixed with such professionalism and care. “Mario and the staff are great to work with, and I cannot recommend Ralph’s services enough,” Dave says. “Mario went far above the normal to make sure my car left his shop in perfect working order. I really appreciate how much they all cared that my car left to my satisfaction.”

Dave knows that he can depend on Ralph’s Transmission to help any time his Mustang needs transmission repairs or other drive train services. Whatever type of car you have, you too can turn to Mario Jauregui and the dynamic team at Ralph’s Transmission for help. We specialize in transmissions and there’s no car, truck or RV that we can’t handle.
