GMC OWNER APPRECIATES THE 3 YEAR, 100,000 MILE WARRANTY AT RALPH’S TRANSMISSION

Back in 2016, Andre brought his 2004 GMC Sierra into Ralph’s Transmission because it wasn’t working properly when put into reverse gear. After a thorough inspection by our technicians, multiple internal problems were found in the transmission and a full custom transmission rebuild was recommended. We also replaced the rear main engine seal and transmission mount, which also showed significant damage.

A few weeks later, Andre noticed his truck seemed to be losing power every time he went up a hill. The good news is that he knew his rebuilt transmission was covered by Ralph’s Transmission’s industry-leading 3 Year, 100,000 Mile Warranty. So, he had the vehicle towed (for free) back to the shop for another look. A torn piston seal turned out to be the problem this time, but to be safe our transmission rebuild experts essentially rebuilt the transmission again to make sure it was performing its best.

Fast forward a couple years and Andre encountered another issue shifting between 1st and 2nd gears. Of course, his transmission was still covered under the original Ralph’s Transmission warranty. He brought it into our shop and our technicians discovered that the accumulator spring had broken. It was quickly replaced and Andre was back on the road in his Sierra. He was so pleased that he wrote a review and posted it online.

“Very professional and FAST service,” Andre writes. “Honest and quality work. They will always explain to you what they found in their inspection and give you all the options. And they stand by their 3 Year, 100,000 Mile Warranty.”

We sure do, Andre! Our warranty program is not an empty promise. We always strive to do what’s best for our customers and we stand behind our work. If a transmission that was rebuilt in our shop continues to have problems, people know they can easily give us a call or bring the vehicle by for a full inspection and report. If the repair is covered under the warranty, we will take care of it without delay.

“I recommend then to family and friends for transmission and drivetrain issues,” Andre adds.

Thank you, Andre, for sharing your feedback. If you ever have any more problems with your transmission, you know who to call.
