their warranty is like no other

I did a lot of research on tranny shops before contacting Ralphs. I talked with Mario the owner and explained what I wanted. he said no problem. and I told him while the truck was up in the air anything that needed to be addressed call me. he did. he met me there on a Saturday, went over what I wanted. And met him there on the next Saturday to pick up me truck. He called me a couple times to tell me about other things that needed repair, and it was taken care of. Everything was fixed. And their warranty is like no other. I have told friends and I would recommend that shop to all. I am pleased with the outcome.
