Best customer service I have had in a very long time! From the moment I contacted them over the phone I noticed they were much different than other shops I had contacted previous to them. The young lady I spoke to, I believe her name was Yvette was very kind and professional when asking for my information. She informed me of the steps they follow before giving a quote on transmission repair. I agreed to take my vehicle in and when I walked in the shop I was pleased with how neat and very nice the office looked. The first impression was good. Second, the ladies in the front had a big beautiful smile on their faces which made it more pleasing to walk in. The man that was sitting on the right when I walked in was the owner which also had a smile and welcomed me in. I left my vehicle there and about 2 hours later I got a call that my car was ready to pick up. I discussed my options with Mario but even though I really like the options he had for me it was not financially sound to repair my 2000 Honda accord since It was a fourth vehicle that I was not using nor did I need. Even though I did not have any work done by them I will most def recommend them and will be going there if I ever need repair on my other 3 vehicles. Thanks for a kind and informative experience..
