They did an amazing job of diagnosing what was wrong with my truck. I went into the shop thinking my truck had transmission issues, but they were able to tell me it was just a fan clutch. It ended up being a simple fix. They know what they are talking about, and I would highly recommend Ralph’s. I was impressed with the service provided, and the transparency of their business. They were also very friendly and understanding of my needs.
