Needless to say, I had one of those vehicles that just wasn’t going to be cooperative while being worked on. The employees at Ralphs Transmission had more patience with the vehicle than we did. Mario and his crew were determined to make sure it was done right and that it was ok by to do what it takes and how ever long it takes to get it done. Well they did it and got my vehicle fixed and running. My 2002 Dodge Durango had more than transmission issues it also had major code issues. Thanks to them my Durango is code free and can now drive in gear. It was originally parked in my yard for 2 years and was beginning to think I would never get her back on the road but Ralphs Transmission made that happen for me and I thank them so much. Again a job well done and to his sta,ff your work and professionalism is greatly appreciated.
