I am very pleased

I am extremely pleased with the help that I got at Ralphs Transmission. When told that the analysis of my vehicle showed no problem with my transmission and that they had determined that the problem was likely an engine electronic problem and that there was no charge for the service, I tried to pay, but Mario said no. I am very pleased with the help I received from the wonderful people at this shop. I was also impressed with how clean that they maintain the whole operation.
