I always knew what was going on with my car the entire time

I rated Ralphs transmission a Top 5, the people there actually know how to use a phone, too many times I’ve gone to other places for services and I find that they don’t pick up the phone it goes to voicemail I leave a message sometimes they don’t call back but here at Ralphs that never happened. even though my vehicle was delayed one day of service because of a leak detected, once again I was clearly communicated the status of my vehicle, I Drive an older model vehicle I really like this car and at Ralphs transmission I always knew what was going on with my car the entire time it was there I appreciate it that thank you
