RALPH’S TRANSMISSION BELIEVES IN TREATING CUSTOMERS RIGHT

When Barry received less-than-ideal service at another transmission shop in his hometown, he decided to bring his BMW down from Stockton in order to have it serviced at Ralph’s Transmission in Modesto. He was concerned that his car was making a strange buzzing sound when driving in low gear. It didn’t matter if the engine was warmed up or not. Any time Barry drove under 20 MPH, he would hear that sound and he knew there might be a problem with his transmission.

“After taking my car to a local shop in Stockton, I found myself at the doorstep of Ralph’s Transmission,” Barry says. “They literally went and put my mind at ease.”

The team at Ralph’s Transmission conducted a road test and diagnostics on Barry’s car at no charge. The first thing we noticed was that the transmission fluid was 1.5 quarts low and also discolored. We replaced the transmission fluid and performed another road test. The transmission operated better with new fluid, but the strange sound was still there. After further inspection, it was determined that the transmission filter and transmission pan gasket may be damaged. Both parts were removed and replaced, and now the car is running great again.

Barry was very pleased with his service experience at Ralph’s Transmission and how easy it was to deal with owner, Mario Jauregui, and his fantastic team. “Being that I just bought my BMW, we all know how difficult it is to try to repair your vehicle while making payments—especially BMW payments,” Barry says. “From my family to yours, thanks brother.”

Though Barry’s car just required minor transmission service, he knows he can return to Ralph’s if there is ever another transmission problem with his BMW or any other vehicles he owns. One thing that is unique about Ralph’s Transmission is that we charge a flat fee for any full transmission rebuild that is done in the shop. Whether you drive a BMW or a Hyundai, the cost for the rebuild service is exactly the same and then you’ll also pay wholesale prices on any parts required. One key policy at Ralph’s is to never upcharge for parts. You pay what we pay, and that is rare to see at any automotive shop. We’ll even show you the parts order receipt, if you want!

After all, customers always come first a Ralph’s Transmission and we believe in treating people right.

“I would say to anyone with transmission issues, go see the man with a GOLDEN HEART and who is there for his community,” Barry adds.
