I can not say enough great things about Ralph’s Transmission. I took my Lexus IS250 to have my transmission checked and received a full inspection and free quote. Needed to have my transmission completely rebuilt this was on a Friday and they are closed on the weekends, I explained that I worked in the bay area and would need to have my car done by the following Friday I was called on Thursday that my car was ready for me. I picked up my car on Friday took it home then drove it for a while and noticed it started to overheat as I was entering the highway and pulled over. This was about 7 pm, I called Ralph’s and to my surprise, Yvette answered the phone, mind you they close at 5pm, I explained what had happened and without hesitation called for a tow truck. I let her know I had my wife and kids with me and she set up an Uber to pick them up and get them home, Uber arrived about 10 minutes later. Being they were closed already and on the weekend they would not be able to inspect my car till Monday, I told Yvette I did not have a way to get to work in the bay area on Monday and she set me up with a rental car on Saturday. Monday came and they found out that the problem was not transmission related but that my radiator cap had cracked in multiple pieces and caused the coolant to blow out causing my car to overheat. They ordered a new OEM dealer radiator cap and tested it and no more overheating. I asked what the cost would be and they told me that they took care of it at absolutely no cost to me including the rental for 4 days and the tow. This is what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE and Yvette was just awesome ! ! Did I mention my transmission rebuild comes with a full 3 year 100,000-mile warranty! I will most defiantly be getting all my transmission services or repairs on all of my vehicles at Ralph’s Transmission and recommend them to all of my friends and family.
